It helps you quickly create staff rotas that can be printed out and displayed on your staff notice board. Rotamatic can also help make sure that your employees know when they are working. Each employee can have a copy of the rota printed for them showing just the parts of the rota that apply to them. You can also send staff rotas to your employees mobile phones making it easy for them to check when they are working.
Do you need a record of who worked when? With Rotamatic you can browse to past dates and check past rotas to see when employees were scheduled to work. You can print out reports and graphs giving you information about the shifts that staff have worked.
Rotamatic can help you cut out errors by highlighting if an employee has been allocated to two shifts that overlap. If an employee is double booked then the shifts are marked by a red square giving you a visual warning that there is an error.
Time Off And Leave Tracking
New in this version of Rotamatic is the ability to keep track of staff time off from work. Each leave period that an employee takes can be set to be one of a number of time off types eg maternity leave, sick leave, holiday ect. These standard time off categories are already entered into the program and you are able to add further categories as required.
The program keeps track of leave allocation according to the Working Time Regulations as set out by the UK government. An employee is set to accrue their leave either yearly or on a pro rata basis.
To help you monitor the time off that staff are taking from work you can print reports and charts as well as export this information to Adobe pdf format and Microsoft Excel format.
Rotamatic Is Easy To Use
Setting up Rotamatic couldn't be easier - simply enter the details for your employees and the job roles that your workplace has. Using the program is even easier - it really is as easy as dragging employees on top of shifts and then clicking print. The program helps you in deciding which employee to allocate to which shift - you can set the program to show just those employees who are available for particular shifts. This makes it easy to see at a glance who is available at any given time.
Creating shifts for your weekly rota is easy - click a button to add a shift and then drag using the mouse to set the start and end times for the shift. Shifts can be cut, copied and pasted to make life even easier. Filling the shifts involves selecting a shift by clicking on it and allocating an employee to it.
