Displaying Rotas on the Rotamatic Website
To be able to upload your data to be displayed on the Rotamatic website you have to enter your website administrator username, password and the workplace name for the account into Rotamatic.
- In Rotamatic open up the Options Window by selecting Tools > Options from the Menu Bar.
- Select the Website tab.
- Enter your administrator username, password and workplace in the textboxes.
- Unless instructed the server address should always be set to the following value - https://vault2.secured-url.com/rotaupload/simpleserver.php
- Click OK to save your account details.
The data in Rotamatic needs to be synchonized with the data on the Rotamatic.co.uk website so employees can view rotas on the website. Synchronizing uploads all of the shifts for all dates to the website in one step.
- In Rotamatic select Tools > Synchronize with Rotamatic website from the Menu Bar.
- Rotamatic will display a message telling you when the website has been synchronized.
