Uploading Rotas To The Rotamatic Website

To make it easier for your staff to find out when they are working we have introduced a new feature where rotas can be uploaded from the Rotamatic software to the Rotamatic.co.uk website. The website includes a link to a printer friendly page so that your staff are able to print out their rotas from home for their own reference.

Combined with the ability to send rotas to staff by text message, this should ensure that your staff will always know when they are working.

 

The Rotamatic site is password protected to ensure that only people with the correct password are able to access your information.

The website includes an administration page where the website login accounts can be created or deleted

This makes it possible to restrict access to the website, for instance when a member of staff has left your organisation.
